Instructions
Products in use
Preparation of untreated and sanded floors:Apply 1 coat of Woca Base Primer and 1-2 coats of Woca Master TS-2K Lacquer according to the product instructions before applying Master TS Line Marking.

  1. The pre-treated floor is lightly sanded with grit 120-180 and thoroughly vacuumed
  2. Mask off all lines and areas to be painted with tape, ensuring the tape adheres tightly to the floor to create a sharp edge without bleeding. We recommend TESA 4440.
  3. To avoid color differences, mix different batch numbers before application.
  4. The Master TS Line Marking is applied with a small paint roller or brush. (White and yellow line marking may require two coats to achieve full color coverage)
  5. After 2-3 hours of drying time (touch dry), apply one coat of Master TS 2K Lacquer to the entire floor to protect the line marking and achieve consistent friction on the sports floor.
For previously lacquered/new factory lacquered floors, it is always recommended to perform an adhesion test on a small area before starting the floor marking. The test area should be sanded with grit 120-180, and Master TS Line Marking should be applied to the area twice with a 4-hour interval. Allow the line marking to dry for 24 hours, then check the adhesion by gently scraping the line.If the adhesion is good, follow the instructions.
