    Storage: +50-77°F. Keep out of reach of children. Do not expose to heat (e.g. sunlight). Store frost-free during winter and cool during summer.

    Pot life: The mixture must be used within 48 hours. Shake/stir thoroughly before use.

    Mixing ratio: 2% or 3.381 FL.OZ. to 169.070 FL.OZ. water based finish.

    Between coats: 2-3 hours at 68°F

    Light use: 24 hours at 68°F

    Recommendation: Wait 24 hours before putting furniture on the floor. Wait 8 days before covering with carpets and washing. If drying times are not followed, this can result in poor adhesion and reduced resistance. For each layer of floor finish, drying times will be increased. High temperature and low air humidity will reduce drying times. Low temperature and high air humidity will extend drying times.

    Fully hard: 8 days at 68°F

    Instructions

    It is important that both wood and finish have a temperature of min. 59°F (preferably around 68°F) and air humidity of approx. 50%. Make sure that the room is well-ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. For the final sanding to bare wood, use grit 120-150 sandpaper or sanding pad. Vacuum thoroughly and tack the floor afterwards with a tightly-wrung water-soaked cloth. The floor should be completely dry before application of WOCA RP 2K

    Always remember to test on a less visible spot to check the compatibility of the surface with the product.

    1. Mix WOCA 2K Pure hardener with the WOCA RP 2K Finish and shake thoroughly before use. Leave the mixture to stand for ten minutes before use, to allow the hardener to activate.
    2. Apply a coat of the mixture with a paint roller or brush and leave the floor to dry for 2-3 hours.
    3. Apply the second coat and leave the surface to dry until the next day. The floor can be sanded after .
    4. Sand the surface with 120-150 and vacuum clean the surface thoroughly.
    5. Apply the final coat of WOCA RP 2K with hardener (freshly mixed).

    Water and colored fluids, such as red wine and coffee, must be wiped off immediately to prevent staining.

    Danish Indoor Climate Label is a voluntary labeling system for products and materials which can document the effect of off gassing. Indoor climate labeled materials are a natural component in sustainable construction, where a good indoor air quality contributes to social sustainability.

    Anti Slip R10 DIN 51130 is a standardized anti-slip test for flooring. WOCA Diamond Oil Active, Exterior Oil, RP 2K and XP 2K Water Based Finishes, and UV Oil 510 have been tested on solid wood, and achieved a R10 classification according to DIN 51130.
