Danish Indoor Climate Labelling
Danish Interior Climate Labelling is a voluntary labelling system for products and materials which can document the effect of degassing. Indoor climate labelled materials are a natural component in sustainable construction, where a good indoor air quality contributes to social sustainability.
Emission Class A+
The French labeling system is a mandatory classification of materials, such as floor treatment products, based on their VOC emissions to indoor air. A+ is the highest rating, indicating improved indoor air quality with very low emissions.
DiBt
DIBt is a German institute that tests and issues technical approvals for building materials.The aim is to improve the working climate for floor installers whilst ensuring a safe indoor air quality for the final consumer.

Master RD-2K Lacquer est un vernis à base d’eau, à deux composants, avec un durcisseur sans isocyanate, offrant une grande durabilité pour les zones à fort trafic. Il fournit une excellente protection, une résistance au glissement et une résistance aux marques de talons noirs, aux rayures et aux taches, tout en restant clair, facile à appliquer et adapté à un usage intérieur.

It is important that both wood and lacquer have a temperature of min. 15°C (preferably around 20°C) and air humidity of approx. 50%. Make sure that the room is well-ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. For the final sanding to bare wood, use grit 100-120 sandpaper or sanding pad. Vacuum thoroughly and wipe the floor down afterwards, using a tightly-wrung water-soaked mop/cloth. The floor must be completely dry before priming. When priming, use WOCA Master Base Primer for newly sanded wood to reduce side bonding. Alternatively, try WOCA Master Multi Primer for exotic wood species or old wood previously treated with oil or wax.

Souvenez-vous de toujours tester le produit sur un endroit moins visible afin de vérifier la compatibilité de la surface avec le produit.

  • Appliquez l’apprêt. Quand il est sec, mélangez le à la laque et agitez bien avant usage. Laissez reposer le mélange pendant dix minutes avant de l’utiliser pour permettre au durcisseur de s’activer.
  • Une couche de laque doit être appliquée non diluée, à l’aide d’un pinceau ou d’un rouleau. Laisser sécher la surface jusqu’au lendemain.
  • Effectuez un ponçage de la surface avec un grain et aspirez soigneusement la surface.
  • Appliquez la couche finale de avec le durcisseur (fraichement mélangé).

    • Essuyez immédiatement l’eau et les liquides colorés, tels que le vin rouge ou le café, pour éviter les taches.
