Neutral Oil Industry is an environmentally friendly product based on vegetable oils, water and drying agents. It is used for new or newly sanded wood and creates a neutral finish that resembles untreated wood. The oil offers a good protection of the surface while maintaining the raw wood look.

The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

Sanding
  • Final sanding grit 120-150
Roller
  • Use sponge roller shore 5 or type 2 or type 3
  • Apply the product 25-30 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Or use stacking on racks
Stacking
  • 3-4 h by 20 °C
  • Or use Hot air oven
Intermediate sanding
  • Use sandingpaper grit 400-500
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 natural rubber or nitrile rubber
  • Apply 10-15 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Or use stacking on racks
Stacking
  • 4-6 h by 20 °C
  • Or use Hot air oven
Viscosity correction: Correction can be made with a maximum of 5 % water.An extra coat of Industrial Hardwax oil 1505 can be applied giving extra protection.
