Furniture Oil is a durable, cobalt- and lead-free oil, which is fast-drying and has a high resistance to chemicals. The oil can be applied to many types of wood, e.g. oak, beech, ash, walnut and mahogany.

Products in use
The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

Sanding
  • Final sanding grit 150-180
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 natural rubber or nitrile rubber
  • Apply 20-25 gr/m2
  • Can also be applied manuallly or by spraygun
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
  • Or remove excess oil by a cloth
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Or use stacking on racks
Stacking
  • 4-6 h by 20 °C
Intermediate sanding
  • Use 2 or more lamps Mercury and Galium 800-1000 mj/cm2
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 natural rubber or nitrile rubber
  • Apply 5-10 gr/m2
  • Can also be applied manually or by spraygun
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
  • Or remove excess oil by a cloth
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Or use stacking on racks
Stacking
  • 12 h by 20 °C before packing
The quality and uniformity of the wood are crucial to the final surface finish. After sanding, remove dust as prescribed.
