If you wish to avoid a spillover of harmful substances from worksurfaces to food then look for the Glass and fork symbol. The manufacturer has to document that the surface treatment of the product does not release release harmful substances into food products. This is tested by an independent third party who assesses the composition of the product. Look for the symbol!

Voluntary labelling that ensures the best possible indoor climate as well as minimum of bad odours and other forms of contamination. The product is tested by a third party independent examiner.

Exterior Deep Cleaner is an intensive cleaning product, which rejuvenates patinated outdoor wood. It is a ready-mixed, thick-flowing product, which is easy to apply, even to vertical surfaces. Exterior Deep Cleaner penetrates deep into the wood and removes dirt, coatings and grey patina. For optimum protection, the wood should be treated with WOCA Exterior Wood Oil after cleaning.

Cleaning should be done in dry (ideally overcast) weather, as the cleaner must not be allowed to dry out. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Always remember to test on a less visible spot to check the compatibility of the surface with the product.

  1. Soak the wood, using plenty of water. Use a garden hose if possible.
  2. Using a brush or spray gun, apply Exterior Deep Cleaner as a smooth, uniform layer and allow the cleaner to work.
  3. Exterior Deep Cleaner is ready-mixed and should not be diluted. It should only be applied in dry weather conditions. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  4. After approximately 15-20 minutes, scrub the wood using a stiff-bristled brush. We recommend that you use WOCA silicon brush on deckings for the best results.
  5. Rinse off the Exterior Deep Cleaner with plenty of water and leave the wood to dry for at least 48-72 hours at 20°, before application of Exterior Wood Oil. The wood must be completely dry. If a completely smooth surface is desired, de-nip the wood with a 180-240 sanding pad before oiling.
