Master RD-2K Lacquer is a water-based, two-component lacquer with an isocyanate-free hardener, ideal for heavy-traffic areas like canteens and stairs. It provides strong protection, high slip resistance, and resists black heel marks, scratches, and stains. Clear and light-preserving, it is easy to apply and ensures a comfortable indoor environment.

It is important that both wood and lacquer have a temperature of min. 15°C (preferably around 20°C) and air humidity of approx. 50%. Make sure that the room is well-ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. For the final sanding to bare wood, use grit 100-120 sandpaper or sanding pad. Vacuum thoroughly and wipe the floor down afterwards, using a tightly-wrung water-soaked mop/cloth. The floor must be completely dry before priming. When priming, use WOCA Master Base Primer for newly sanded wood to reduce side bonding. Alternatively, try WOCA Master Multi Primer for exotic wood species or old wood previously treated with oil or wax.

Wir empfehlen einen Probeanstrich an einer unauffälligen Stelle um das Ergebnis beurteilen zu können.

  • Primer auftragen. Nachdem der Primer trocken ist, den mit dem Lack mischen, und vor dem Auftragen gründlich aufschütteln. Die Mischung vor der Verwendung noch 10 Min. ruhen lassen, um den Härter zu aktivieren.
  • Eine gleichmäßige Schicht unverdünnten mit Pinsel oder Rolle auftragen. Die Oberfläche dann bis zum folgenden Tag trocknen lassen.
  • Mit Korn zwischenschleifen und danach gründlich staubsaugen.
  • Tragen Sie die letzte Schicht des mit einem Härter auf (frisch gemischt).

    • Water and coloured fluids, such as red wine and coffee, must be wiped off immediately to prevent staining.
