Industrial Oil No1 is a fast air-drying and high-performance wood finish based on natural vegetable oils with high penetration. The oil is extremely suitable for production of oil-finished floor solutions offering high protection and long-lasting wooden floors combined with an effective and flexible application process on the roller coater. Industrial Oil No1 is available as ready-to-use oils or as a unique mixing system called Industrial Base Colour System 4+1.

The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

Sanding
  • Final sanding grit 150-180
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 natural rubber or nitrile rubber
  • Apply 20-25 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Or use stacking on racks
Stacking
  • 4-6 h by 20 °C
  • Or use Hot air oven
Intermediate sanding
  • Use sandingpaper grit 320-400
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 natural rubber or nitrile rubber
  • Apply 10-15 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Or use stacking on racks
Stacking
  • 12 h by 20 °C before packing
  • Or use Hot air oven
