Anti Slip - R9

DIN 51130 is a standardised anti-slip test for flooring. It is typically used for work places and official buildings where there is a requirement that products have the anti-slip test DIN 51130 with a classification from R9 to R13.

Food contactable

If you wish to avoid a spillover of harmful substances from worksurfaces to food then look for the Glass and fork symbol. The manufacturer has to document that the surface treatment of the product does not release release harmful substances into food products. This is tested by an independent third party who assesses the composition of the product. Look for the symbol!

IBR

Voluntary labelling that ensures the best possible indoor climate as well as minimum of bad odours and other forms of contamination. The product is tested by a third party independent examiner.

UV-Oil 506 is a 100 % UV-oil that provides wooden floors with a durable finish with medium gloss for added strength. Using this oil ensures fast production speeds as the proven UV-technology dries and cures instantly and allows immediate packing at the end of the production line. Wooden floors finished with this topcoat do not require additional on-site treatment after installation.The oil can stand alone, but can also work as a topcoat for UV-oil 501

The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

Sanding
  • Final sanding grit 120-150
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 EPDM rubber
  • Apply 15-20 gr/m2
  • Uv-oil 501 can be used as first coat
Uv-lamp
  • Use 2 lamps Mercury 600-800 mj/cm2
  • By pigmented oils please use Galium lamp
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Intermediate sanding
  • Use sandingpaper grit 400-500
  • Optional
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 EPDM rubber
  • Apply 5-10 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
  • Optional
Uv-lamp
  • Use 2 lamps Mercury 800-1000 mj/cm2
