Master TS-2K Lacquer ist ein Zweikomponentenlack auf Wasserbasis, der eigens für Objekte, Sportflächen und Mehrzweckhallen mit hoher Verkehrsbelastung entwickelt wurde. Der Lack zeichnet sich durch äußerst effektiven Schutz, hervorragende Haltbarkeit und besondere Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Absatzspuren, Verschleiß und Kratzer aus. Der mit der Raumklimakennzeichnung versehene Lack wird bequem und sicher aufgetragen, und garantiert danach ein angenehmes Innenklima.

  • Enthält: 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one: Reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). Kann allergische Reaktionen hervorrufen.

Wichtig: Bei einer rel. Luftfeuchtigkeit von ca. 50% und Temperaturen von 15° – 25°C sind die Verarbeitungsbedingungen am stabilsten. Der Raum sollte wegen der Trockenzeit und der Ausdünstungen gut belüftet sein. Der letzte Schliff bis auf das rohe Holz hat mit Korn 100-120 zu erfolgen. Gründlich staubsaugen und den Boden ggf. mit einem in klarem Wasser befeuchteten und kräftig ausgewrungenen Tuch/Mopp nachwischen. Der Boden muss vor dem Grundieren vollständig trocken sein. Zum Grundieren von frisch geschliffenem Holz WOCA Master Base Primer verwenden, um Seitenverleimung zu vermindern. Alternativ WOCA Master Multi Primer für Tropenhölzer oder bereits vorher geöltes Holz verwenden.

Wir empfehlen einen Probeanstrich an einer unauffälligen Stelle um das Ergebnis beurteilen zu können.

  • Primer auftragen. Nachdem der Primer trocken ist, den Master Classic 2K Hardener mit dem Lack mischen, und vor dem Auftragen gründlich aufschütteln. Die Mischung vor der Verwendung noch 10 Min. ruhen lassen, um den Härter zu aktivieren.
  • Eine gleichmäßige Schicht unverdünnten Master TS-2K Lacquer mit Pinsel oder Rolle auftragen. Die Oberfläche dann bis zum folgenden Tag trocknen lassen.
  • Mit Korn 100-120 zwischenschleifen und danach gründlich staubsaugen.
  • Tragen Sie die letzte Schicht des Master TS-2K Lacquer mit einem Härter auf (frisch gemischt).
  • Wasser und farbige Flüssigkeiten (Rotwein, Kaffee) sofort aufwischen, um Flecken zu vermeiden.
