This is tested by an independent third party who assesses the composition of the product. Look for the symbol!

Neutral UV-Oil 2306 is a unique water-based UV-oil that provides the wood with a durable protection as well as maintains the untreated look of the wood. Using this oil ensures fast productions speeds.

Products in use
The wood must be clean, dry and free from dust.

Sanding
  • Final sanding grit 150-180
Roller
  • Use sponge roller shore 5 or type 2 or type 3
  • Apply the product 25-30 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Make sure water is evaporated before uv-drying
Uv-lamp
  • Use 2 lamps Mercury 400-600 mj/cm2
Intermediate sanding
  • Use sandingpaper grit 320-400
Roller
  • Use smooth rubber roller shore 15-25 EPDM rubber
  • Apply 10-15 gr/m2
Even out
  • Use minimum two nylon brushes. 1st runs counterwise and 2nd runs counter-clockwise
Hot air oven
  • Temperature 35-40 °C and good ventilation
  • Make sure water is evaporated before uv-drying
Uv-lamp
  • Use 2 lamps Mercury 800-1000 mj/cm2
Viscosity correction: The product can be diluted with a maximum of 5 % water.An extra coat of Uv-oil 510 can be applied giving extra protection
